Webersburg is a tranquil Cape Dutch setting with magnificent views of the Helderberg Mountain. We have 3 different conference venues which are all air conditioned and can be configured into any seating plan required. This makes it a suitable venue for corporate functions, workshops, launches, year-end functions and seminars. We cater for up to 180 people in our conference venues.

EQUIPMENT

Please note all conference equipment would be hired in from a trust outsourced company. (Additional charges to be advised upon quotation received). This could either be arranged by yourselves or our on-site Events Manager.

We would also like to advise you that all equipment to be checked in advance to your conference proceedings. It portrays a very unprofessional image on you, and the Estate must assist in fixing problems with equipment that is not compatible with the system in advance. Be very specific about the equipment you require for the day’s proceedings.

  • On arrival – midmorning Tea & Coffee refreshment break with a sweet or savoury snack
